Course Description
This course provides the necessary fundamentals and best practices required to prevent and predict failures at the equipment or process level. Understanding process and equipment specifications, failure tracking statistics, and scheduled action items, are key to a successful maintenance program.
Topics include: maintenance tracking, measurements and statistics, root cause failure analysis, risk assessment and prioritization, inspections, scheduling and integration of best practices.
