Course Description
This course provides organizations with the required fundamentals to develop and implement a safety audit program. Risk assessment, safety records – procedures, policy and regulations determines the baselines for various types of safety audit scopes and auditing measures.
Topics include: risk analysis, scope, resources, inspections vs. audits, checklist development, auditors – training, scheduling, measurements, JSA – corrective actions, reporting and improvement monitoring.
