Course Description
This course is for engineering and maintenance personnel responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting drive systems that utilize the PowerFlex DC Drive.
Topics include: Configuration switches and jumpers within the drive, drive terminal points, critical drive parameters, using the keypad to view and change parameters, reading and interpreting control block diagrams, using the display to aid in troubleshooting.
Labs include: Drive startup, configuring Digital I/O, Speed References, Ramp Rates, Stop Modes, using Drive Software, Troubleshooting, and configuring COMM modules for data transfer.
