Course Description
This course covers the basic stove design and the different valves required to operate the stoves. The modes of operation and the sequence of operation in Auto, Semi-Auto, Manual, and Maintenance will be discussed. The physical location of stove valves and instrumentation will be covered, Blast Furnace gas cleaning system, back drafting operation and snort Valve operation will be presented.
The course also displays the control system and PLC screens use to monitor and control the operation of the stoves.
