Course Description
This introductory course provides the necessary philosophy, fundamentals and best practices supporting today’s World Class Maintenance organizations. Understanding cost effective and reliability-based maintenance practices are key to determining and minimizing risk, increase reliability, customer satisfaction and corporate profitability.
Topics include: maintenance tracking and failure analysis, measurements and statistics, risk assessment and prioritization, scheduling and various problem-solving tools or methods are provided to improve reliability.
