Course Description
This course provides project leaders and maintenance managers with an overview of the different types of process plant shutdowns (planned, unplanned, emergency), managing events, efficient plant turnarounds and start-up philosophies.
Topics include: 5 phases – initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing. Disaster recovery, scheduling, estimation, contractor and safety management, managing human resources, tracking critical milestones and post shut down review.
