Course Description
This course provides the necessary philosophy, fundamentals and problem-solving methodology to reduce future (equipment, system or process) failures, resultant from the development of a Root Cause Failure Analysis. The analysis process utilizes problem-solving tools that identifies Corrective Actions which includes risk assessment and prioritization.
Topics include: measurements and statistics, root cause failure analysis, risk assessment and prioritization, analytical analysis and corrective actions that can be applied across safety, environmental, quality, production and maintenance.
